Media Against Sexual Violence Exhibition
Sexual violence is a pervasive issue with devastating consequences for survivors. In Nigeria, the culture of silence surrounding sexual assault allows perpetrators to act with impunity. The Media Against Sexual Violence (MASV) Project, a HACEY Health Initiative project with support from the US Consulate in Nigeria, is a crucial step towards dismantling this harmful silence.
The MASV Project recognizes the immense power media wields in shaping public discourse. By equipping traditional and digital media practitioners with the right knowledge, the project aims to create a media landscape that tackles sexual violence head-on.
