The Family Planning Private Sector Engagement on Family Planning
The Private Sector Engagement for Family Planning (PSEforFP)Summit is a summit convened by the Federal Ministry of Health with support from the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Nigeria Country Office and other development partners to discuss Sustainable Financing for Family Planning (FP) in Nigeria.
As part of the Summit, 3 high level events were held. These consisted
- a High-Level Private Sector Engagement Forum On Family Planning which hosted leaders from the public and private sectors to discuss private-sector engagement in enhancing reproductive health in Nigeria.
- The Family Planning
Innovation Spotlight which spotlighted over 30 innovative family planning solutions. These solutions ranged from raising awareness of FP to more efficient methods of delivering FP commodities and services and The Family Planning Hackathon hosted innovative teams working on developing solutions to challenges in family planning.
